Outcomes, Inc.

Our mediation program provides conflict resolution services to help improve and resolve situations where differences have occurred.

People involved in the dispute are given the opportunity to come together to work cooperatively on issues under the guidance of a trained mediator or facilitator.

Mediation is a collaborative, consensual process in which a trained neutral person helps people in a dispute to communicate with one another, understand each other, explore possible solutions, and if possible, reach agreements that meet the participant’s needs.

Outcomes provides mediation services to couples, families, organizations, workplace situations, and victims/offenders.

We also offer training in mediation to professionals interested in learning about basic, advanced, victim-offender, peer mediation, workplace, divorce or child custody situations.

Our restorative justice program includes victim/offender mediation, talking circles, and diversion services that help discuss the effects of crime and victimization on individuals and bring about healing.

Please contact us if you would like to learn more about our mediation program.  We also have a variety of mediation resources available for professionals, including training and capacity building materials.
